Hello! I'm a young designer new to BP and looking to begin investing in multi-family units with my boyfriend this year. We would love to get some advice on how to begin my real estate journey, how you found your first property, tips on ways to begin organizing my finances. We're currently renting and would definitely occupy a unit of the first property we purchase.
