Advice - Proper Marketplace Etiquette

Good afternoon everyone!

I am hoping some of you may be able to guide me through "posting in the marketplace." I am building my power team in Chicago and am looking for cash buyers, investor-friendly realtors, etc. but am not sure which forum or topic within the marketplace is best to post it in.

I want to get 2-3 offers out within the next 5-7 days so any advice is much appreciated! This will be my first time posting in the marketplace and I want to make sure I do not "break any rules" etc.
