There's a big "Real Estate Summit in Sacramento - by Al Williamson" this Saturday at the Guild Theatre. J Martin is hosting it. Tickets are on sale now.  4 terrific speakers are planned from 1-4 with an optional VIP dinner afterwards for an additional charge.
