Hello, I have been a member for some time now. I am really interested in getting into RE but I am confused as to where to start. This is my current situation: I own a home, but I bought it at full market price back in 2014. It was before I wanted to get involved into RE but oh well... I have managed to save 11.5K as well just in case, my goal is to get to 25K before I start investing. But I wanted to ask you for your opinion. Do I keep saving or is it better to start looking for deals and hard money lenders? Thank you for your time.
