LLC Partnerships
Greetings BP family!
I am partnering with someone on my first flip deal. (Yippie!!! ) We have both created our own LLC's. We are, both, newbies to this business and I am wondering if we have to form an LLC together to partner on investment deals. What are the pros, cons etc? I am concerned as to how I would be able to build my individual brand if I start doing business under another partnership. You're wisdom and professional opinion is welcomed and valued.
Thank you.
