Researching farm area

Hi BP,

I have been researching my farm area and I thought it would be a good idea to drop off a questionnaire with the manager of a real estate office.I was thinking of including the following questions in order to narrow down my search.

  • What are the neighborhoods you would pick for the greatest appreciation?
  • Where do you see the most activity for tear downs?
  • Which neighborhoods have the most potential for remodels?
  • List the names of active remodel and redevelopment contractors.
  • List of brokers that specialize on properties with growth potential.
  • List any specific properties that should be considered.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts or advice on this idea. Also, please let me know if you have any questions to add.

Thanks,

Jason
