Raising Capital - Cash

Hello my name is Brandon. I am a new member looking at moving into the real estate industry.

Investing in real estate is what I am interested in. Whether you begin as a house flipper or invest in multi-family homes, the biggest factor in getting started (to me any ways) is raising the funds necessary in order to begin your business and develop positive cash flows.

I have never purchased a home before. I have some cash saved up, and wouldn't have a problem getting financing from my bank, or a bank.

The idea for me is to go full-time into real estate investing. My question is how do you or what methods have people used in order to secure multiple homes in order to develop multiple cash flows?
