Can anyone recommend a great realtor for small (2-4 unit) multi-family properties on the south side of Chicago? We are new investors and need someone who is responsive and knows the area well.

We are looking in Auburn Gresham, Washington Heights, Morgan Park, Chatham & Brainerd areas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are excited to take our first steps this year.
