Where do you purchase your appliances?

Hi All,

I recently purchased two properties and had to replaced all appliances in both. I found BrandsMart USA to be the cheapest, each set includes microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator cost me ~$1900 (Amana brand).

‎I would love to use better quality appliances such as GE, Frigidiare, Whirlpool, Maytag and LG but I find it hard to spend $3-6K on appliances.

-Where do you shop for appliances for your flips and rentals?‎

-What is your average cost?

-Do you always buy the cheapest appliance in the store?

-Where do you find the best deals? ‎

Looking forward to your feedbacks.

Rehabbing in the ATL market, we've got commercial accounts and discounts @ Lowe's and Home Depot, so we price shop between the two. We buy Frigidaire Gallery.
