Im 22. I have a fair amount of knowledge about Real Estate. I have no $. I have no credit. Where is the best place for me to start? If you had to start all over with nothing, but kept the knowledge you had today - what would you do?

Get your RE license, work at night for basic expenses, find a great real estate investor company, be an assistant.

Learn Creative Financing do you do not need banks or credit. Sub2, Wraps, Land Contracts, Private Lending, JV Partnering, Wholesaling, Retailing, Joint Venturees w Home Sellers, etc..
