Flipping houses in foreclosure

I got alot of information so far on flipping and starting out and thank you so much for all your help.

Now I have another question, I do not want to buy rehab houses until I start doing rental property. How well is foreclosure homes, expecially if you want to flip them?

I just thought of something, for me to make money flipping houses, I'm going to have to get rehab houses, to fix up and then resell higher, am i right?
