Hello there BP community !!

I want to get my first investment property but im not sure how to proceed or look for

Iam looking for a multy family deal that cash flow but I will be looking to do seller financing and partnership 

How did you get your first property ?

what steps did you take ?

What look for ?

Where do I need to go to search for info ?

How do I know if my targeted investment is in a good location ?
