Investment Partners
Hi All,
I am new to Bigger Pockets. If you are looking for an investment property and require an investment partner is it better to have a property first or have a committed partner before you find a property? Don't know if there is a standard answer but I welcome the feedback.
Thanks,
Chris

I would say find a partner first. If you have the house first, only you have skin in the game. If you two find a property together, yall both have some level of liability. "What separates a conversation from a commitment is a check" -Warren Buffet
