Having tough time to finding out location where I want to invest
I live in new york, I did one flip but I'm not able leverage myself in ny neighborhood , would you recommend any other state which I can invest and I'm not sure how to find the wholesale property for the appropriate state. If you could point me to previous forum if they posted for the same topic or I would appreciate if you could let me know how target the location or zip codes for potential investment.
I would like connected with any of the wholesaler in NJ or CT.
I'm sorry about the title(I'm not able to edit it) and the long question.
