A few questions.

First off, I am trying to get started in the investing world and I am kind of in the middle of nowhere Ohio. So I'm not having much luck finding properties around my area, I am also not sure how to get the funds needed to buy. Second, I am looking to start wholesaling to raise my capital, if I can find the funding how to I price a wholesale property to make a profit? Need some help.
