Hey Everyone,

I'm just getting my start in Real Estate and I am looking at starting with Buy and hold properties, mainly multi family houses since I currently don't own my own place yet.  However I realized that I am missing out on what kind of questions I should ask a realtor when I am looking at a property that is listed.

I looked at the Introduction to Real Estate Deal Analysis but I feel like I must be overlooking things.  What all should I get when I start analyzing deals?

Is this what people mean when they talk about analysis paralysis?
