Hey BP gang! I'm new to real estate investing and want to purchase my first property in New Jersey or maybe PA. Im interested in Multi family units. Ive been searching the New Brunswick and Newark area. Any advice on other areas I should be looking? I would love to hear from some seasoned NJ investors.
