Putting Together a Team

Hey Everyone, I'm hopefully buying my first place soon in Pittsburgh, PA and was starting to look into my team. Does anyone have recommendations for a good lawyer, accountant, handyman, and insurance broker? (I just imagined that all being one person and laughed a bit at myself) If it's against BP policy to post recommendations on the forum please message me if you have any referrals. Also, if you could please post some traits you look for when selecting any of those team members it would be most appreciated! Thank you so much!
