Newbie from Northern NJ

Hello BP!!! I am fairly new to the site, I have just finished reading @Brandon Turners book on rental property investing, which was inspiring, informative, and well written.  I highly recommend reading it. When I found this site I was thrilled, I have been a member for about 2 weeks and will be upgrading to PRO as soon as I can take a good picture of myself LOL. 

 I am looking to engage, communicate, learn, network, connect, teach, help, and add value to the community overall. If anyone has experience in the Northern/ Central NJ Area I would love to connect and discuss about how you got started and what you are doing now in the area.  I look forward to talking to everyone here on the site.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com

Consider checking out HUD homes for small multi's owner occupied gets first crack.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
