Looking to start up as soon as possible
I am currently living in kck and want to invest primarily in the independence, grandview, and south kc where the new cerner campus is being built. I have quite a lot of money to work with as I have a high paying job. The main route I want to take is the BRRR method but need to meet some great contractors and people that know how to look for and find forclosures or distressed properties. My goal is to buy and rent out 30 properties in the next 5 years, so I am wanting to get this started soon. So I guess my main problem is getting started and meeting people so I guess here we go.
Thanks for your time!
