Average Real Estate Manager salary

While we were talking about the average value of a real estate agent's commission, let's go on to discuss a theortical salary of a landlord.

Say you own about 50 homes and your commercial loans cover 100% financing of your homes, you get about 100 monthly dollars a door(cash flow),

So, it's pretty simple. The cash flow should determine a landlord's salary, 50 homes should equal 60,000 dollars a year. Now there is much more to this than what I'm figuring, am I assuming correctly?
