Contract differences for investor vs. agent owned/investor deals?
I'm a new investor just about to complete getting my real estate license. Although I've gotten my contracts reviewed by an attorney I'm just wondering if there are any pitfalls that I need to be sure to avoid as a real estate agent listing a property in South Carolina that I "own or control" versus just a straight investor leveraging somebody else to list my property?
