Investing in Centraila, WA?

Hello All, My husband and I are newer investors living in Fed Way, WA. We got our marketing going and still are waiting for our first "deal". We are considering looking into the Centraila/Chehalis housing market, wondering if we could get in a home to flip or buy/hold down there, maybe not as competitive? I have contacted 5 real estate agents down there, and only heard back from 1 so far. I am also working on getting my real estate license. Anyone out there know much about the Centraila/Chehalis real estate market?
