I am a loser in the stockmarket, should i try RE?
I have lost a total of $36,000 over the last 4 years in the stock market. I recently sold all of my holdings and swore off stocks for good. However i dont know what to do with my money now. If im a proven loser in the stock market will that translate to real estate? Im thinking of buy-and-hold rental properties for cash flow. But i dont know anything about RE, are there any good books out there? I have about $25,000 in cash, no debt, and im 31yrs old.
