the next step
I currently own one rental property that I bought as a foreclosure over a year ago that cash flows really well. I have 100% equity in the property and I am always keeping a lookout for that next deal. With that, I have very little liquid cash/assets to my name. I would like to have quick/easy access to aqequate financing the next time a promising deal popped up. Any suggestions?
