Loans for commercial property
Hi everyone,
I'm just starting out and have been toying with RE investing for a while now. I've been trying to find good deals in the area and I will be hopefully setting up appointments to view and discuss with owners in the near future. Basically, these are 6-10 unit apartment complexes. I was looking to obtain a loan and feel that my option is to use hard money lenders. However, those lenders only supply a loan up to 65% to 80% LTV. I don't have the monies to cover the other 20-35%. I wanted to find out if anyone has any ideas on how I could finalize a deal like this.
Any advice will be appreciated. I hope to begin this venture soon.
