Many people have their own way of doing something. The end result may be the same but the process is different. House flipping and rental income tracking / book keeping is no different and there are many different tools on BiggerPockets.com and many different programs that can assist with rental book keeping and house flipping. In this video I will show you how I use excel to track rental income and house flipping expenses.
