A New Unique way for you to Get Seller Leads!

Active Homebuyers Search Website: Let's say you have email list of 200 Cash Buyers in your area. You market your list to targeted sellers online (through PPC ads) to attract deals. When they enter their zip code they will go to a page that says "There are 200 active home buyers in [their_area]". Which is your cash buyers list.

It will show the list, but the info will be blurred out. If they wish to get access to your list, they will have to fill out a form with information about their home. This is an easy way to collect motivated leads in ANY area.

You could collect any information you need. It saves you time, because when you call them you already have their information, so you can just set up a time to meet the seller and get the house under contract here is some example info you could collect from people:

-First & Last name

-email

-phone

-address

-Why they are selling? What is their situation like

-How quickly they need the house gone?

-What they think its worth?

-How ready they are to sell?

Let's do some quick math

Let's assume your starting budget for ads is $100. If you ran a simple PPC (Facebook, Adwords, Bing) campaign and you paid $0.20/per click you would get 500 clicks to your page. Let's also say that page converts at 10% opt-in rate. That is 50 people who have filled out your form

50 HIGHLY MOTIVATED Targeted Leads for $100 (at these numbers). Best part is, you didn't even have to leave the house to get these leads :)
