Dog birds Mentor in Nashville?

Hello everyone! 

What is the quickest way to find people that are looking for dog birds. I am think this may be the best way I can get hands on in the REI business as it relates to finding properties, learning more about investment and building up cash to further invest in my own properties down the line.
