How to contact homeowner of distressed property
I am following @Brandon Turner 's advice from the webinar last week and running numbers on at least 3 properties a day, and have found some that really interest me. But wondering what to do when I find a house that is obviously empty and rundown but not listed for sale? I looked up the owner on county records and did a lot of online searching to try and piece together the 'story' of this house. I found a phone number, email address and out of state mailing address for the property owner. What's the best way to go about contacting the owner and asking if the property is for sale? What has worked for you?
Thanks for any help!
