New Investor Looking for Scottsdale/Phoenix Apprenticeship

Good afternoon,

I'm 24 and a fresh college graduate. I'v been building my foundation for the last few months (education, team, vision, etc). 

I'm now looking for an apprenticeship. I understand this will require me to offer value to whomever I work with. 

Specifically I'm looking for an investor who has extensive knowledge rehabbing, buy and hold/rent, and multifamily. 

My goal is to help someone and in the process learn strategies, techniques, etc
