So my financing is set, I have a handyman but should I get a general contractor or should I manage subcontractors myself? Some criterias:

100k and down for purchase price

SFH located in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas

Where is a good place to find leads other than the mls?

Any recommendations for good contractors or title companies?

My goal is to start out flipping 2-3 houses per year and by 1-2 years start including buy and holds into my strategy. I want to have 50 rental units in 5 years. Anyone who wants to network let me know! Coffee or beer on me!!
