To start off i'm a 24 yr, old man in the Army and i'm interested in real estate(flipping houses). I have a fair amount of money saved and even more motivation. i want to jump on this before i get up there on age. Even with my peers and others suggesting, i'm too young or im not rich enough so i wont make it in the market. Where ,how, and what do i need to buy to get this thing started. Seminars, boot-camps, numbers, emails, names, locations (anything to help me start from the bottom ). I want some hands on experience so tutorials or simulators are awesome as well. Please help me out! i know its probably frustrating telling new guys the same information but give this one a chance. thank you all and God bless

Welcome to BP! Start by connecting yourself with people just like you in your area (agents, investor, landlords etc.).  Seek out a real estate investment group and see if they can help you get informed about what you can do with the financing you have available.  You can always try and find an agent who has worked with investors that have done what you want to do.

BP podcasts are also great for educating yourself and there are a ton of starter stories.
