No time like the present
After listening to a few podcasts, reading, talking to carpenters, R/E agents etc. I have decided to venture out with a partner to find our first house to purchase and rehab. I am so EXCITED!!! Per Brandon's recommendation, via podcast, we are starting small in terms of how much money we are willing to invest. Our first investment will be a smaller home which means rehab cost will be lower also. We are engaging a wealth of knowledge to aid us in our decision. We have to do our research and make sure we have all of our numbers in place for the cost of repairs and a cushion for unforeseen expenses as our 401k proceeds are on the line. I will keep you posted on our time purchase. All good vibrations are welcomed and appreciated!
