Yellow letter response from a motivated seller
Hello everyone! I'm new and just sent off my first batch of yellow letters for multi- family units. I've just got a response from a motivated seller that's in a very nice upscale state. She's looking to sell or even partner with me but she want to stay in one unit. Can someone tell me how I should handle this manner. I'm located in Maryland! Thank you
