63 young and want to drive for dollars so I can wholesale properties in California. 

Need to know if anyone has a formula for driving for dollars. I have been listening to 

podcasts, but want to put action while i listen. Interested in doing direct marketing too. 

Can someone give some helpful knowledge please?
