Corporation or LLC
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the real estate world and would like to pick your brain for a bit. I don't know which should I create, corporation or LLC.
I want to start flipping and also doing some contracting jobs, remodel etc.. While protecting my self and having some tax advantages in the same time. Should I or can I do all under one entity? Which is better and why. I apologize for being so blunt about it but hopefully this will spark some ideas that I have not thought of it yet.
Cheers
