Hello everyone. I'm just starting out and have been doing my research about wholesaling. I'm at the phase now where I'm trying to put together a cash buyers list. If there are any cash buyers that's in my area or any wholesalers who's experienced in building a list and wouldn't mind sharing I'd be very appreciative.
