LLC and Master Lease Agreement

Hello, everyone, I am new to RE investment. Recently I just bought a rental duplex. Then I formed a LLC and hope to transfer the title and deed to the LLC. However, my lawyer pointed out the lender does not allow the transfer to the third party/LLC and transfer could cause an acceleration of the debt (requiring me to pay the entire debt on demand). Then my lawyer recommended to set up a master lease agreement and lease the property to LLC and then LLC signed the sub-lease contracts with tenants. In that case, the LLC carries all the responsibilities and my own assets get protected. I want to ask whether anyone has thought about or tried this approach?

Thanks.
