Finding your starting point
So my question is simple. Are there any solid websites that will provide you with specific data on designated housing markets? I hear many investors say that your first step should be to pick a good market close to your backyard and work from there. But how do you identify a good market? Surely you guys aren't working blind and I'm sort of confused on what to look for.
