Looking for Contractor / Partner

I have been investing in real estate in North Central CT for over 5 years, and have acquired 6 properties, with one being a flip.  Being in a smaller town, my contractor is not the type who wants to take on any risk whatsoever. He does decent work, but does take a little longer than the average guy.  I am looking for someone to partner with me on flips to run the rehab with my expertise on the real estate sales side and financing piece.  I have found it extremely difficult create a "team," and don't have deep enough pockets to actually hire a full time person.  Just looking for a contractor who is great at most of the trades and has done larger project and assisted in managing budgets, and other contractors to partner with. Not sure if this is the right forum, but any thoughts or guidance would be great, as I really want to kick start my business so that I can build something viable and give back to the world what has been given to me. Thanks!
