Is wholesaling a good way to get started in real estate if you do not have much money to invest and start flipping houses right away?  Also, is wholesaling legal if you do not have you real estate license yet?

Wholesaling is one place to start because without money it is one of the few places you can start.

However be aware that wholesaling is hard work and not as easy as it is portrayed to be. Not having money for marketing makes it that much harder. The is a wholesaling guide under the learn tab above. You might also want to check out a thread "the truth about wholesaling"
