Starting right after college?

Hey guys, I'm currently in my freshman year of college. I wanted to know should I start my own real estate investment firm and go the entrepreneurial route right after I graduate through self education or should I work for a firm first? I'll be 21 when I graduate by way. Thank you guys.

Join your local real estate investing group. There are usually lots of people there looking for people to help them find deals. Search the online classified ads and find people advertising for motivated sellers or cash buyers. Call the people advertising and ask them if you can help.

But be prepared to work hard. Listen to what these people have to say and you can learn a lot from them and make money along the way.
