Ok, Anyone up for a challenge? Here`s the situation. I really want to buy a property by November 25th. The reason being is because i`m changing jobs, and to add a little more excitement to the mix, I don`t have any money to use as a down payment.I do have good credit, but I own my home,(but I don`t have enough equity built up) so I feel conventional financing is not an option. Is this just a pipe dream? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
