Finding a Realtor: South Lake Tahoe, CA

My name is Nichja.  I'm looking to buy my first home (with the intention of fixing it up, and renting it out half of the year) in South Lake Tahoe.  I am looking for a recommendation on a realtor who has an eye for fixer uppers.  Looking in the $100,000 to $200,000 range.

Any suggestions welcome as I am new to this area.
