I'm looking for people thinking about starting a career in buying and holding or flipping homes.  I am a local investor friendly realtor.  I'm not here to tell you how you can do this without any money.  I'm here to help if you can afford a 20% down payment.  I can walk you through the process and make that first deal a cake walk.
