HI,

I'm Yvonne and I am currently trying to put my first investment of a 3 Plex together. Can buy for 40K with an annual income of 22K. A bit nervous because I am using most of my savings and borrowing 20% from investor. But It's such a good deal I can't pass it up.  2 Units currently rented and other needs work. It's a money make so we'll see...:)
