Florida Resident looking to Refi

Hello BP,

My name is Spencer, based in Manatee County, Florida and I'm new to BP and also new to REI.

I am aware that you can finance a 'Owner Occupied' home every 2 years and i'm looking to take advantage of this. I am approaching that 2 year mark in my current home but would like to refi and the lower rates to get more ROI out of the property.

If I refi now would that restart my 2 year obligation?

Thanks

Spencer
