Drywall Install in Philly Rowhouse

Hello All,

I'm looking to rehab a philly row.  This one has wood paneling and drop ceiling tiles throughout the entire house (about 1500 sf - 2 story 3 bed 1 bath).  I have no idea what to estimate the removal of all wood paneling and drop ceilings and replace with drywall.  Can someone please help?

I know each house and situation may be different but this will be a first for me and I want to make sure I'm not underestimating the cost or over estimating (and pricing myself out of the deal) - I was originally estimating $4,500 (about $3 psf)

Thanks,

Ilya
