Looking for a multifamily property for first purchase.

Hello,

I'll keep it short. I have $30,000 saved up and I currently earn $43,000 gross. I am single, 24 years old and have never purchased a home. I don't have any debt and I have an excellent credit score. I live and work in Los Angeles. Whats the best strategy to buy my first property, a multifamily property? How do I get approved for such a big loan? Additionally, I just received my  CA real estate license.

Thanks,
